Pricing FAQs
What are Voxelvia3D credits?
Credits are used to generate 3D models. Standard fast inference draft costs 1 credit. High-resolution generation with full quad-retopology, PBR material maps, and validation scorecards costs 6 credits.
Do credits expire at the end of the month?
Yes, plan credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle. If you purchase ad-hoc credit bundles, those credits do not expire and will roll over until used.
What is the Egress Credit Shield refund?
If the mesh validation scorecard indicates that retopology/repair failed or a model is unprintable due to severe rendering artifacts, those credit points are automatically refunded back to your user account instantly.
