Terms of Service

01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voxelvia3D (the "Service"), provided at voxelvia3d.app and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

02. Description of Service

Voxelvia3D provides automated serverless pipeline wrappers that convert 2D flat images into optimized, watertight 3D models suitable for slicing software and 3D printing. The service includes mesh repairs, quad retopology decimation, and multi-format exports (.glb, .obj, .stl).

03. Account Registration & Security

You must register an account using a valid email address, password, or direct Google single sign-on (SSO). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.

04. Credits, Billing, & Refunds

• Credit Consumption: Conversions consume credits based on the target decimation fidelity selected (e.g. 1 credit for fast, 2 credits for quality).
• Subscriptions: Billing plans and subscription renewals are managed via Polar.sh. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

05. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Voxelvia3D does not claim any ownership rights over the source images you upload or the optimized 3D meshes you generate. You retain all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and commercial rights to your generated models.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use and process all files uploaded to the Service.

06. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload files that contain Trojan horses, spyware, or malicious script parameters designed to exploit our API endpoints or cause directory traversal.
• Attempt to bypass credit barriers or reverse-engineer the mesh processing backend code scripts.
• Upload material that violates copyright laws or the legal rights of third parties.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our post-processing algorithms attempt to resolve geometric defects, we do not guarantee that all output models will print flawlessly on every FDM or SLA 3D printer due to variations in slicing software parameters and print setups.
