Understanding the Print-Readiness Scorecard
Voxelvia3D automatically inspects AI model geometry before finalizing mesh compilation, returning a validation scorecard with these parameters:
Checks that all mesh triangles share edges cleanly. Slicers need a manifold shell to identify the inside/outside of a model and compute infill patterns.
Verifies that there are zero holes in the model surface. If a surface has open boundaries, the model cannot be printed successfully without manual CAD repair.
Triggers warning alerts if any fine points or edges drop below standard FDM/SLA nozzle sizes (0.4mm), preventing brittle details that snap during printing.
