Data Visibility
Your uploaded images and generated 3D meshes are private to your account. We never sell your data or use your models for public advertising without consent.
Secure Storage
Files are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All API endpoints enforce token authorization to prevent unauthorized access.
GDPR Compliant
We respect your rights under GDPR and CCPA. You can request complete deletion of your account and files at any time via support.
01. Information We Collect
To provide the Voxelvia3D 3D reconstruction service, we collect limited personal and media data:
- Account Information: Your email address and name provided during sign-up. If you log in via Google, we collect your basic profile details (name, profile picture URL) provided by Google.
- Uploaded Images: The source images you upload to our Cloudflare R2 storage bucket to generate 3D models.
- Generated 3D Meshes: The finished `.glb`, `.obj`, and `.stl` files produced by our processing worker queue.
- Billing Data: Transaction metadata and billing status sync from our payment providers (Polar.sh / Stripe). We do not store credit card details directly on our servers.
02. How We Process Your Media
When you dispatch an image to our pipeline, it is temporarily sent to GPU worker endpoints (like Fal.ai or Tripo AI) to generate a raw mesh.
Our server immediately retrieves the model, runs post-processing optimization scripts (decimation, hole-closing, watertightness checks), and exports it to your private directory. The intermediate raw files are wiped from active worker memory after optimization completes.
03. Security and Protection
We protect your files and data using robust industry standards:
- All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
- Upload URLs are generated as secure, temporary presigned URLs expiring after 60 minutes.
- Job details, status, and output download links are protected behind Supabase JWT Authentication token checks. Only the creator of a job can access its links.
04. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and handle secure processing. We also use analytics cookies (like Google Analytics) to monitor and optimize website loading speeds.
