01. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
For users residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), Voxelvia3D fully respects and complies with your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights include:
- Right of Access: You have the right to request a full report detailing all personal data we store about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can update your email, display name, and billing contact info directly through the dashboard profiles interface.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request complete deletion of your files and account. We will purge your uploaded source images, output meshes, credit reservations, and auth profile within 30 days of validation.
- Right to Data Portability: You can export your visual assets. Your dashboard provides direct, unrestricted downloads for all completed 3D GLB, OBJ, and STL meshes.
02. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
For users residing in California, USA, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You can request disclosure of what personal information we collect, the categories of sources, and the business purpose for processing.
- Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Voxelvia3D does not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data, uploaded graphics, or 3D meshes with third-party advertisers.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against you (such as charging different pricing tiers or reducing processing speeds) for exercising your CCPA rights.
03. Opt-Out of Analytics and Tracking
We use secure analytics cookies (like Google Analytics measurement tokens) and session states to track user interactions and maintain active login sessions. If you wish to disable tracking, you can configure your browser to reject cookies or use privacy-focused browser extensions.
