Neural Mesh Reconstruction

Retopology & Polycount Decimation

Raw AI outputs are heavily overloaded with messy triangles. Voxelvia3D deploys an automated retopology post-processor. Running Quadric Edge Collapse decimation filters, the system optimizes the mesh face flow down to game-engine or slicer friendly limits based on your selected fidelity.

Slicer Validation Scorecard Phase

Watertight Solid Verification

Before export, your mesh runs through our proprietary print-validation wrapper. We check that the model is manifold and watertight. The algorithm checks for self-intersecting shells, calculates bounding box volume, and flags thin walls that fall below standard 3D printer nozzle diameters (0.4mm).
